Meet Security Requirements
Troax's doors are available in several versions: hinged, sliding, telescopic and linear doors in standard widths from 700 mm up to 4,000 mm and in heights up to 4,100 mm. The doors are part of our modular systems. The construction is based on a panel with a custom strength and various different materials: metal mesh, sheet metal or polycarbonate.
The doors are delivered assembled with posts, panels and locks from the factory, or as loose panels, posts and brackets which can easily be assembled on site. Comprehensive assembly instructions are included with each door solution and lock combination. All doors solution parts are kept in stock.
Hinged doors
Hinged doors can be made of mesh, polycarbonate or sheet metal panels in widths from 700 mm up to 1,500 mm for single hinged doors and 1,400 to 3,000 mm for double hinged doors. Standard heights range from 1,250 mm to 4,100 mm.
Sliding doors
The sliding doors have either single or double tracks where runners keep the panels in place inside an aluminium track. The doors are made of mesh, polycarbonate or sheet metal panels in widths from 700 mm up to 1,500 mm for single hinged doors and 1,400 to 3,000 mm for double hinged doors. Standard heights range from 1,250 mm to 4,100 mm.
Telescopic sliding doors
Telescopic sliding doors can be made of mesh or polycarbonate panels which are attached to a telescopic track at the top and bottom. This gives you a stable sliding door with free passage both above and to the side of the panel, with an opening width of up to 3,000 mm.
Linear sliding doors
The linear sliding doors run on roller bearings at the top and bottom of the door leaf and this creates an opening with free passage above and to the side of the panel. The doors can be made of our mesh panels and in widths up to 4,000 mm.
Automatic sliding doors
The automatic sliding doors consist of our own posts and panels, supplemented with a sliding door motor from Besam/ASSA ABLOY. The door is available as a single or double door with opening widths up to 6,000 mm. The motor meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the door can be delivered with a Performance Level E safety switch.
Automatic quick roll doors
The quick roll doors from Albany/ASSA ABLOY are of the make RapidProtect 300: A type-tested machine guarding door with an extremely durable door leaf which meets a number of guidelines for machine security and which offers excellent protection. One of the door's signature features is its quick opening and closing. Delivered with a Performance Level E safety switch.
Locks
The doors' locks are adapted to your security level. You can choose from several different options, from simple magnet locks and euro cylinder locks to our own Safe Lock. Each lock construction can be supplemented with one or more electric switch. We stock switches from Euchner, Telemecanique, GuardMaster/Rockwell, Jokab/ABB and Schmersal. We can also supply switches from Fortress Interlocks, Pilz, Pizzato, Sick and other manufacturers.
